Online Booking FAQs

  • Can I book for myself and a friend? Yes! You can book services for yourself and up to three friends. However our system cannot book multiple services (like mani’s and pedi’s) for more than one person at a time. To book mani-pedi appointments for more than one person, please contact one of our locations for assistance booking over the phone or through email. To book a group of five or more people, please checkout our Groups page and email or call us.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?
    To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift certificate. You may change, reschedule or cancel your appointment up to four hours prior to the start time of your service. If you cancel less than four hours prior to your service you will be charged a late-cancellation fee of $25 per guest. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. You will be considered a “no show” if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted the Embellish location at which you are scheduled. For customers with morning appointments please leave a voicemail message or send an email at least one hour prior to opening. Group appointments for five or more guests are subject to the cancellation policies outlined in your group appointment agreement.

  • Can I change my reservation online? You may now cancel your appointment online as long as it’s more than four hours prior to the start of your appointment time. To make changes to your reservation less than four hours prior to your appointment, please call the Embellish location at which you are booked. Outside of business hours please leave us a voicemail or send us an email.

  • Can I pay with a gift card? A credit card will be required to hold your appointment reservation. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. While a credit card is required to hold your reservation when booking online, you’re welcome to pay with a gift card or gift certificate in person after completing your appointment.

  • What if I can’t find a time that works for me? We may have more availability than what’s shown online. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can assist you.

  • Can I book services for children online? No. To book one of our “Petite” services for kids 10 years & younger please call us.
